Protect your personal information. Do not share sensitive data like passwords or financial information on the platform. Report any attempts to impersonate other users or engage in doxing (revealing private information). Do not use CastUp to trick, mislead, or deceive other users into sharing information under false pretenses. Do not impersonate another person or otherwise misrepresent yourself or the source of a CastUp invitation or join request with the intent to deceive, mislead, or defraud.

Community members are encouraged to help enforce these guidelines by reporting violations and promoting a positive atmosphere.

Violating these guidelines may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans from the platform, depending on the severity and frequency of the violations. CastUp may disable your account that is found to be in violation of these policies. If your service has been suspended or your account has been disabled, and you believe it was a mistake, please contact us.

Do not attempt to circumvent our policies or evade restrictions imposed on your account. This encompasses actions such as establishing or utilizing multiple accounts or employing other methods to engage in behavior that was previously prohibited.

Avoid engaging in phishing activities on CastUp. Do not attempt to solicit or gather sensitive information, which includes, but is not limited to, passwords, financial particulars, and Social Security numbers. Do not employ CastUp for deceptive purposes, such as tricking, misleading, or coercing other users into sharing information under false pretenses. Refrain from impersonating another individual or providing false representations of yourself or the origin of a CastUp invitation or join request with the intention to deceive, misguide, or engage in fraudulent activities.

Content that exclusively focuses on extreme or gratuitous gore and violence is prohibited. Additionally, websites that heavily feature adult content such as sexually explicit content, illegal content, or death and gore are prohibited.

Respect the rights and dignity of others by refraining from harassing, bullying, or threats. The use of CastUp to participate in or encourage such behavior is strictly prohibited. It's important to be aware that online harassment is unlawful in numerous jurisdictions and can result in significant real-world consequences for both the individual responsible and the victim. Should we receive reports of threats or potentially harmful situations, we may take appropriate actions, including notifying the relevant authorities.

CastUp is an 18 and over platform and prohibits any content or activity that poses a threat to minors. This encompasses content that showcases or advocates child sexual abuse material (CSAM), as well as the sexual exploitation, sexual misconduct, or grooming of minors (defined herein as individuals under the age of 18). We promptly report all instances of illegal content or activity to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, which collaborates with law enforcement agencies worldwide. Engaging in such activity or interacting with such content will result in immediate and indefinite suspension.

Do not share or distribute content that contains sexually explicit material, such as nudity, graphic sex acts, and pornographic content. This includes using CastUp to drive traffic to commercial pornography sites. We allow content for educational, documentary, scientific, or artistic purposes.

Do not spam. This may include unwanted promotional or commercial content, unwanted content that is created by an automated program, unwanted repetitive content, nonsensical content, or anything that appears to be a mass solicitation.

Do not abuse CastUp and do not harm, degrade, or negatively affect the operation of networks, devices, or other infrastructure. This includes degrading, disabling, or negatively interfering with any aspect of the product or its services.

Do not sell, advertise, or facilitate the sale of regulated goods and services. Regulated goods and services include alcohol, gambling, pharmaceuticals, unapproved supplements, tobacco, fireworks, weapons, or health/medical devices.
